Hello, dear blog!  Today I have an outfit for you with your regularly scheduled nail polish post.  Of course, it is my blog, so I don't need to make excuses for it, but really, the reason I am sharing today's outfit is that I have curls!

Oh, and another circle skirt.  But curls!  I tried setting my hair in rag curls last night, and as of this afternoon I  still have curls!  Even after the wind and the humidity and being out and about all day.  I am a convert.  My hair will not curl for anything... so I am most happy.

I will have to try again tonight.

I got these cute gloves on sale, and since the anti-theft sensor had ripped into the palm of one, I got an extra discount.  They're still absolutely adorable, and they add a big pop of color to my winter wardrobe.

I made this circle skirt out of a fabric called "green berries", although it reminds me more of cotton!  I didn't know if it would look too weird on a skirt, but I ended up liking it a lot.  I think it will be wonderful for the summer and fall, too.

And here I am with the Boyfriend and sometimes-photographer.  He was just so somber-looking in comparison!  And here are the rundowns of what we are wearing.  I'm really not sure how fashion bloggers do this, formula-wise.  Do you name where the things are from or what the brands are?  I decided to list where they were from, because I don't really care what the brand is if it's cheap and looks good.

On me:
Jacket: Sears
Sweater & Gloves: Forever21
Belt: yoinked from a shirt
Bangle: thrifted
Skirt: made by ME!
Petticoat: Evangeline's
Shoes: Reflection

On Boyfriend:
Shirt: Macy's
Coat: made by doting girlfriend, not quite perfect...
Jeans: American Eagle
Shoes: Nordstrom Rack

Oh, and nail polish.  This really deserves a post of its own, and will probably get a longer post when I can get some less-cloudy pictures.  The colors don't really show up well in overcast light.  In bright light, the sparkle really comes out to play.

Buuut....  I am wearing 3 thin coats of Revlon Royal with one coat of Max Factor Fantasy Fire (a wonderful gift from another blogger, I was jumping up and down when it came in the mail!) over the top.  The combination reminds me of a blue-er version of Rescue Beauty Lounge Piu Mosso.  I need to try Fantasy Fire over a dark purple or blue creme next to see...
