The weather here has finally cooled off to below 100 degrees, so I am once again wearing real people clothes instead of exercise shorts and a tank top and eating warm food.  While it was hot I was eating egg salad and spring rolls and smoothies almost exclusively, so it was very exciting yesterday to make up a big pan of stir-fried veggies and noodles.

This lovely rayon floral dress was one of my recent goodwill acquisitions... $3 or $4, I think, and it fits perfectly.  It has a cute corset-esque back lacing detail, which of course is impossible to see with the busy pattern.  It's still not summer colored, but I needed another easy-to-wear dress.  To compensate for the 80s-ness of the dress and the hot pink pumps, I tried some new things with my hair...  I'm not really sure that they turned out, but if I stick enough giant flowers in nobody will notice.

Speaking of giant flowers... I'm thinking of/ trying to film a tutorial for how one can make one's own giant hair flower clips.  Would anyone be interested?
