Well, it's been three months since I embarked on this challenge, and I've lost an unimpressive total of FOUR POUNDS.   I suppose that's the sign that I need to kick it up a bit if I plan on losing another 20 in the next 9 months.  Huh.  I guess it's time to recalculate my calorie intake and print out a workout schedule to stick on the fridge and try to get a better handle on things starting tomorrow morning.



I've been helping a family friend install modular flooring and prep her classes for the summer, so I haven't exactly been in presentable clothing this week.  Fortunately, a nice Starina rayon dress from the '80s is a good way to look presentable while still being able to get finishing work done.  And somehow the addition of  a loose cardigan creates a bit of a '20s silhouette.


Oh, and a think I've been meaning to post for a while:  This is what my weight chart looks like!  Those last few days in the 130s are probably an anomaly, I was on a different scale and I'm pretty sure it always weighs me a few pounds light.  ...And it really looks like I've lost pretty much all my weight in the 3rd month.  So maybe I can lose the rest without being to drastic?  I have my fingers crossed.
