It's an awful pun.   I know.  I'm sorry.  Look, we just got hit by our third major snow storm in as many weeks and we're all a little loopy.

Which is why, you see, I had to get out of the house on Friday before it decided to start snowing again.  So after work I bundled up and headed up to Modern Millie to check out a couple dresses that were calling my name.  Of course I had to take a few outfit snaps by the snazzy ice sculpture out front, especially since it matched my outfit so well!  You'll have to excuse the nonplussed look on my face in most of the pictures... it was a bit cold, and since I was using my tripod to take these pictures in a public alley people kept going by and looking at me funny.

I really wanted to wear this Valentine's themed novelty brooch that I picked up last spring (After Valentine's Day was over, naturally) so I decided my best bet for a cold day was styling my squishy new wool dress with red. (Previously, blue and pink) Mostly, I was quite warm... although I was kicking myself for forgetting to put on stockings!
