Hello, hello! I hope your holidays have been going well. Mine have been good but rather hectic, and are showing no signs of slowing down very much for the next week! Doug and I had some lovely time with family and made out like bandits in the Christmas present department. I got a pair of Daniel Green slippers from Doug in ruby satin and the new set of Bundle Monster plates from his little sister, plus chocolate and other goodies.
For Christmas, I decided to go with a classic half-moon design in sparkly red—China Glaze Ruby Pumps. I’ve never tried this sort of manicure before, and I certainly made a bit of a mess of it at first, but I was able to clean it up quite nicely with a brush dipped in acetone.
