I swear sometimes I forget I’ve taken pictures until I go to download the most recent set from my camera and discover three other sets of pictures with it waiting for attention.
Case in point: these photos we snapped on the 7th after church. It was cold and I just wanted to wear a blanket out of the house, so I went for my quilted velvet circle skirt paired with some leopard-print accessories, inspired a bit by Vera-Ellen’s traveling costume in White Christmas, although I think hers was heavier on the beige than the black. And since I didn’t have an appropriately cat-themed brooch to pair with it, I decided to wear my cockatoo brooch instead since at least the colors go!
